Digital Ventures was started in 2001 by Jon Gillespie-Brown.
Jon started DV as a way to invest, mentor and to work with emerging businesses that are primarily focused in the technology space.
Much of the work that is done to assist fledgling Companies is free of charge and since inception DV has helped over 150 mentees and businesses start, develop and build their dreams.
DV is also involved in helping mature businesses improve their competitive edge and to raise funds.
Jon has worked in three of the World’s top 10 business schools for over 7 years and published a book “So you want to be an entrepreneur” with Wiley in 2008.
He is involved in the London Business School’s “foundation for entrepreneurial management” and has been since 2001 when Jon was appointed an Entrepreneur in residence. Jon is also a mentor for Stanford Graduate School of Business, Standford MS&E and UC Berkeley HAAS Business school.
