Digital Ventures was started in 2001 by Jon Gillespie-Brown.

Jon started DV as a way to invest, mentor and to work with emerging businesses that are primarily focused in the technology space.

Much of the work that is done to assist fledgling Companies is free of charge and since inception DV has helped over 50 mentees and businesses start, develop and build their dreams.

DV is also involved in helping mature businesses improve their competitive edge and to raise funds.

DV is also involved in the London Business School's "foundation for entrepreneurial management" and has been since 2001 when Jon was appointed an Entrepreneur in residence.

Finally, DV is the founding member of Gourmet Angels, a club for Angel investors to meet each other other over a great meal and fine wines in order to share experiences and make joint investments. This is an invite only club for foodies.
